"We had the wonderful opportunity of working with Margot Matot, the sweetest type of mm there is. After interviewing a number of agents, we chose Margot to sell our townhome and find us a house to make our new home. We had previously attempted the same feat with another agent and had a nightmarish experience. Therefore, we were leery about attempting the process again. Based on the previous experience, we sat down with a number of agents and truly grilled them until we found someone we were comfortable with who could efficiently get the job done. We did not want to do all of the legwork, and we wanted someone with expertise and professional grace. We did not realize that upon signing on with Margot, we were getting everything we wanted plus. These errors could and probably would have been overlooked by any other agent. Within less than 1 week, Margot had sold out her home. Above asking price. Margot Matot quickly became our hero. She proofread all of the documents and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting into. And trust me, the buyer's agent made a number of errors in the paperwork. Margot made a point of being there every time the new owners wanted to see our house. She had the unruly task of managing our dogs when the new family came to measure and dream about their new life in our beloved townhome. She did not miss an inspection or an appraisal. Now, the hard work was beginning. We had to find a home to live in, and we did not want to pay above the asking price. We were on a budget. Good luck with that in northern Palm Beach County. Margot kept her head high, a smile on her face, and hit the ground running. Margot's disposition through my stress and anxiety was untouchable. She was able to find us the perfect home in our dream neighborhood. She befriended the agent and was able to secure us the home that the American dream is made of for my 2 dogs, 2 toddlers, husband, and me to build our future together in. She accomplished the impossible, and we closed on both houses on the same day. We were not homeless for even an hour. The story could end there, but it doesn't because Margot deserves the credit for the backstory that may have been a nightmare with any other agent. The lenders for our buyers dilly-dallied and made us believe that the sale of our townhome would fall through. If that happened, we wouldn't be able to be in our dream house. We thought our world was crashing in around us. Not Margot, though. Keeping that same positive demeanor, she made calls, she calmed us down, and worked her "Mary Poppins" magic to have our son in his new house with his new pool right after his birthday and in enough time for us to celebrate the 4th of July with a true bang. I have never heard stories about an agent that does what Margot does. I have never seen a sales representative who has so much heart and compassion about what they do and who they do it for. Through this experience, Margot became our friend, and I could not endorse her more. In my heart, I know that no other agent could have done what Margot did as seamlessly. She removed all the stress and made this an amazing experience."
